Bianchetto, commonly known as Marzuolo, is the spring truffle, richly fragrant and intensely flavoured. Its fragrance and flavour is enhanced by cooking it, and this is why it is widely used in truffle products. Our preserved Bianchetti are naturally and simply prepared, just by adding some salt and water.

Whole truffles in jars, truffle cream or creamed truffles mixed with porcini mushrooms are available in different sizes, but one of the most popular products is butter mixed with truffles in jars. Completely natural, it is a very special product, one of the simplest and most delicious to enjoy.
