This nectar, with its typical flavour and aroma, is prepared by a sterilization process where all the perfume and fragrance from the truffle goes to combine with the pickle juice and is absolutely natural without any additional chemical aromas.

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
Use white truffle juice on pasta or rice dishes, or else straight onto meat, fish or eggs. Best before 3 years; once opened keep in the fridge at +2°/+4°.
