Our “secret” in making an excellent truffle paste lies not only in selecting prime quality truffles but also in their preparation straight after being picked, to preserve their quality. Absolutely natural and strictly without any additional chemical aromas.

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
Squeeze onto pasta, risotto, broth, any dish using meat or eggs, immediately upon serving. Mixed with double the amount of butter, it can be used to prepare delicious savoury tartlets, toasted and bread sandwiches, ham roulades, sauces and canapés. Best before 4 years; once opened keep in the fridge at + 2°/4°.
