SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
Use winter Black truffle to garnish cooked meat such as roast beef or cold in aspic etc. or else straight onto pasta dishes with the addition of olive oil. Always use the pickling juice, having all the flavour and natural taste of a fresh truffle. Best before 4 years. The 50 grams jar is best for four portions.
