TIPS FOR USE
Use the truffle puree when serving pasta, risotto, broth, all meat or egg dishes. Mixed with double the amount of butter, it is used to prepare magnificent canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces, canapés. Best before 4 years, once opened, store in the refrigerator at +2°/+4°.
